You know, I really don’t even know where I should start with this post. Sometimes you’re not in control of life events. My wife and I were lucky enough to have secured a storage spot with this organization. Our camper was purchased, and we were very excited as we move into this part of our life, unfortunately I had an infection in a foot and that caused everything to be put on hold a little over year ago. When I called JOHN (one of the owners) to make him aware what had happened he insisted on refunding my deposit even though I told him that was not necessary. Talk about Customer Service - that’s how you make a customer for life….. Not to even talk about the exceptional facility. A new camper is on order and we’re returning to this exceptional place very soon.
