used the online option to rent this unit months ago, upon arrival seeing the state of its upkeep we decided not to use, requested move out on the same online option. they never approved my move out request and keep charging me for an empty unit I never used. would never recommend. very unprofessional. haven't responded to any of my messages and do not answer the phone. upon first visit to unit there were 3 dead mice in unit, had not been cleaned, we cleaned it and never went back, although they keep charging us.

Our unit was inside the building which is climate controlled. It was spacious and convenient to the exit door to load and unload things from our truck. The building and whole storage yard was clean and safe feeling behind the locked gates! We would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to those looking for a nice place to store your belongings!

Great storage place. Conveniently located if you're in the Springville or Ashville area. Very pleasant folks and clean quiet facility. I rented three storage units here for around a year and a half.

I have used this storage facility for 17 m9nths. I have nothing but great things to say. Excellent security. Clean and well lit. Nicest storage facility I have ever been to.
