Signed a contract to rent out a space in their boat barn. Two hours later, I determined we would not be moving forward with storing anything at the location. Contacted them, the same person that gave me the contract (Teddy) told me he could cancel our agreement, and would have to check on if we could get our money back. Never heard back, had to write emails and leave messages and the manager (Shawn) said they don't give refunds, we signed a contract. I understand this, but the company literally did not do anything besides issue an electronic contract via email. No cleaning of a unit was performed, no property was brought on site or handled. This company even sent me an email saying they hope that me and my family and friends will use their space in the future as they value relationships. Steer clear from this company as its pretty clear its all about quick money, and as he told me over the phone, "you signed the contract!" Lesson learned- please learn from my $250.

You pay for a 12 X 40 coverd space, but you get 12 X 35 because you neighbor behind you parkes his vehicles 5 ft over on your space. I let management know and they said they dont mind if we leave our vehich sticking out on the street insted of telling the person in the wrong to put his vehicles in their on space. Expect to have your neighbors leave their slides open in your space also. Management is useless at this place..

This place is great. I've got our Hallett 240 in the boat barn. They pull it out and put it to bed promptly when I ask. Facility is super clean and the custom code to get 24/7 access is perfect. I feel confident leaving the boat with them. Very secure storage. Vallet service is closed on Sundays so you just have to plan ahead if you need the boat. You can have them pull it out before close on Saturday. Other than that they have super friendly staff. Auto bill is available so there is no worries if you are paid up. Great place if you can get a spot. There is a reason it's tough to get one.

I paid in cash for a long-term storage deal directly with the on-site manager, who gave me a written receipt and assured me the owner had approved it. This manager presented the same deal to other renters as well — it wasn’t just me. Months later, a new manager takes over and claims the previous one “pocketed the money,” and now they’re refusing to honor the agreement. Even worse, this new manager originally told me in person that they would honor all prior deals — only to backtrack once they decided they wanted more money. Despite my clear payment and continued possession of the unit, they threatened to lock me out immediately — with no written notice, no legal process, and no accountability for their employee’s actions. I’ve asked multiple times to communicate by email so there’s documentation, and they flat-out refuse — insisting everything be done over the phone. SUPER shady. To make matters worse, they’ve told me I’m “100% in the wrong” — as if it’s my fault they hired someone who made cash deals and gave receipts. Instead of owning the issue, they’re now trying to intimidate and pressure me into paying their full monthly amount, claiming they’re losing money on me. They’ve completely ignored Arizona self-storage law (A.R.S. 33-1704), refuse to follow proper legal notice procedures, and hide behind vague threats. If you value your property, your rights, or even basic professionalism — go somewhere else.

Solid covered storage at a reasonable price. I was lucky enough to get a spot for a month in a pinch. Staff has been friendly so far and accommodating.
