Easily the best storage facility in the area. Do not go to the big brand names, they will rip you off every time. This facility has great value and is secure. They also have pull through RV spots.

This storage lot is convenient for both me and my boat, and it's relatively easy to use and navigate. However, it would be great if I didn't have to visit my boat site just to cut the grass, remove weeds, and spray to keep them under control. I am happy to update my review with the nice detail of southbay now including grass and weed control with the rental spot. Southbay definitely step up. Thank you.

Great prices, close to my house. They have a couple of water spickets if you need to rinse your rig and I haven't had any security issues.
