Atlantic Self Storage

No issues with Atlantic Storage. We used U STOR a few years ago and had items stolen and the company really did not care nor help us do anything to try to investigate who broke into our unit. However, at Atlantic storage everything has gone very smooth. We did have a small place that was leaking inside our unit but they quickly moved us to another unit and we’ve had no more issues. There was one time I forgot to lock my unit and they even called me to let me know I needed to come check on that. I thought that was very professional since they really had no obligation to reach out to me. I would certainly use Atlantic storage again.

Well I purchased a storage unit back in August from yall and I just cleaned all my stuff out of it yesterday and all my Clothes and sentimental things was Mildred I was so upset had to throw a lot of things away

So I was just going to get a unit for a few months but turned out that we needed another one. We got two units sided by side which we were surprised to even get. I got the first one from the online and I was just supposed to be paying $90 flat for 6 months. Turns out that I had to pay $110.00 for the first unit. I was going to flip out because I was lied to by the person on the phone and by the advertisement online by this company. So I continue to pay for the first one and then we got the other one because we definitely didn't have the money for the other storage places. Cool! Was told to pay $90 and $90 which comes out to $180. Didn't have a problem with that at all. I go in to pay it and I had the whole $180.00 and the lady said I was only to pay $210.00 and then the next time I go to pay it, they tell me that I had to pay $280.00! Why? The lady said "well I see you have two units and the one is $110.00 and the other one is $390.00 for the time of having the units." I was livid!!! How are you going to say one price and then keep jacking up my monthly payments because I'm not going to pay for extra add ons that you and your company decide to through at me to even remotely pay. Let alone I even told these people that I'm only getting SSI disability because I am disabled. (Mind you, this conversation was over the phone and it was about to be an ugly situation.) So I walked from my porch into my house and told my other half to get the keys and let's go to the storage place because it's not going to be pretty. We get there and the one manger was sitting at his desk and the lady that originally dealt with my account was there. My other half had to go outside because that's how much these people were trying to do me so dirty. The manager said "I'll just go ahead and get the units for you in the amount of $210.00 for a few months." The agreement was $90 for six months not four months. Ok so we decided to go ahead and pay for the units at $210.00 because we honestly needed them. So, we leave to go pick up a load of our

Horrible i have trusted my utility trailer to be safe here. I mean there is 24hour access there used to be an electric fence that was removed. The cameras were too far away from vehicle storage. With that being said someone was able to break into my trailer and steal almost everything I worked for. Thousands of dollars of tools amongst other property of mine. The kicker is the staff was so dismissive to me loosing everything under their watch. Yea if you want your life taken in a blink of an eye with no assistance from the staff or owners of this establishment then go ahead and leave your property in their hands. If you are smart go with another storage facility. I will never do business with them ever.
