Quintana's RV & Boat Storage Center

Does anyone know how to get ahold of them? Ive been calling the business and no one answers.

Well, long story short, Richard Quintana passed away at the end of Sept '24. The lots were never well kept but it was cheap. My trailer was stored there for 4 years. Never had any problems.

I made the mistake of paying this guy in advance. When we got there, I could have easily mistaken his storage yard for a muddy salvage yard. Adding to his warning to make sure everything is secure because “nothing is safe here”, we decided to store elsewhere. His response was “I don’t blame you” and “I’ll return your money”. After three phone calls, I have not received my money back. Taking someone’s money without providing a product or service has a name. You’ve been warned.

BEWARE - DISHONEST! During our initial interactions with Richard and Ann they seemed sincerely helpful. We stored our camper for a few days while our truck was repaired and paid for 1/2 a month at a prorated fee for storage. All good, right? Until we got charged an additional $90 for the next month!!! We did not need or use their services and were clear we were leaving and not coming back. I called and spoke to Richard assuming it was an administrative error. He said his daughter was learning and it would be fixed. A couple of weeks went by and I didn't receive my credit. I called again and spoke to Ann. She said it would be done within a couple of days. It wasn't done again so I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. Apparently, they never intended to refund or correct the charge (lying to me twice on the phone) because they reported my claim as false! SKETCHY AND DISHONEST to say the least! We were desperate and needed immediate storage - they didn't have the correct towing equipment even though they offered to tow our camper (we got our own tow truck) and the lot we were in was an overflow lot with mostly rusted out vehicles. Do not recommend!
