I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Jeramy Constantine at FreeUp Storage Louisville. He truly went above and beyond in every possible way. He literally stayed on the phone with us for hours helping us figure everything out and making sure we were taken care of. We were in a really stressful situation trying to get my boyfriend’s car into storage, and Jeramy showed so much compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. He didn’t rush us, didn’t make us feel like just another customer, and was incredibly understanding of everything we had going on. On top of that, he helped us find an incredible deal that we honestly didn’t think was possible. He was completely straightforward, transparent about the entire process, and made everything so easy even though we handled it all over the phone. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares the way he does. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering storage, ask for Jeramy. You will be in the best hands.

Jeremy Constantin had been awesome! Although Rick Wilson is in a different position now, Rick was awesome too. Overall, I love this storage place, service had been and is always excellent. The storage is clean and everyone is so helpful. I will keep referring people to this place. My daughter also has her storage in this place and she loves it.

I have some furniture stored at free up storage on Aiken road in Louisville Kentucky. There have been several times that I've needed to contact them and it is so easy and they are always so helpful and so kind to answer all my questions and help me whenever I need help it's a great place I wouldn't store my furniture anywhere else law
