Have been long term renters there +10 years. Honestly, I think the parents retired or passed and passed it along to their children. The maintenance of the facility has slipped IMO. Previously would have rated it 4* . It is only a few miles from Taylorsville Lake though.

Great location within 5 minutes of Taylorsville Lake....covered boat storage is not easy to find at this reasonable price.

We have stored our boat here for 18 years! We have been very pleased with the ability to access our storage 24 hours a day while still being secure. The convince of Creekside is also something we like since its minutes to Taylorsville Lake.
