No one ever picks up phone no one here two days straight

I rented a unit when it was Cube Smart. Received a notice it was now owned by Devon Self Storage. Had auto pay set up but because it was taken out in the middle of the month it was changed to the first. There was a glitch at first but Jessica was a blessing. It too a few attempts but she had everything sorted out quickly. When I needed a larger unit Jessica again was a tremendous help. She has been gracious and knowledgeable anytime I called for assistance or had questions. It is a pleasure to have the kind of customer service she has provided.

I renting the environmentally controlled unit was a good choice for me. I will be using the unit for items that will be stored for a long period of time .
