We absolutely love this place!!! Was WAY cheaper than anyone around for the amount of space you get! The wash pad and dumping station, CLEAN outhouse is just an added on bonus!!! It is a very quiet, well kept place. And the other tenants are super nice as well!! We had a few hang ups with gate codes when we first moved in but the guy that did our lease was a phone call or text away and got everything resolved super quick! We definitely Highly recommend this place!!!

We arrived to move in to our unit today to store our RV and our provided gate code did not work and we could not get into our unit on a cold, rainy day after hours of driving. There was a note to call (see included picture) but no one answered any of the numbers provided. I spoke to staff on the phone to confirm on 12/3 and then called again on 12/10 and paid on that date. I then received multiple emails confirming my move in date, payment receipt, unit number, and gate code. Everyone was lovely on the phone when reserving the unit but this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We just drove our RV from Missouri today and live in Memphis so it is not super convenient for us to have to come back again to deal with this. I tried calling all numbers available, leaving multiple messages, and waited for 45 minutes and never received any call back. If there was some sort of issue requiring leaving this note, I do not understand why we were not contacted ahead of time. At this time, I certainly would not recommend unless this situation is rectified.
