We’ve been dealing with brooks and he has been very accommodating and communication has been super. We’re new to mega storage but so far so good!

I rent 2 units here for now. They have been great to work with. Had an electrical problem in one of the units and they were right on top of fixing it. No complaints here. I have been in units since they opened the Lees Summit location.

Good people to work with. They do have security cameras, but no fence very basic storage units. Wish they had some climate controlled units...

Nice, big, newer units. BEWARE. Mine was delivered very dirty, and the owners were not willing or able to find a solution. I don’t expect it to be spotless but “garage clean” isn’t asking too much. I paid two months rent in full, and was never able to move in and they refused me any compensation. After seeing the amount of dirt and dust collected on the walls and floor I had concerns about my items also becoming this dirty. The owners live out of state, and do not seem to have a good handle on local operations. If you’re storing something that you don’t mind being covered in dirt and dust, this is your place! If you have nice stuff to store here, I recommend that you keep looking. This isn’t the only game in town.
