Friendly staff and reasonably priced

reminded me of that one show called storage wars.

I've been using them for years. It's always clean. I can pay online but they are always friendly at the facility as well.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. My storage unit was broken into, and several irreplaceable items were stolen, including belongings from a late relative. The facility’s response felt indifferent, and it seems that security isn’t a priority here. While I understand things happen, theft appears common in this area, so I would caution others to look elsewhere. Reviews should reflect actual experiences; I hope Google will ensure feedback like this is valued.

I would like to express that Alan, your Manager at the Storage Inn is a very helpful, kind, patient and knows exactly what he is doing and takes care of any questions that I may have. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and very thorough and polite when I need questions or help answered. Storage Inn is very lucky to have such a great and personable Manager as Alan.
