I would not even give a 1 star they have a rat investation and when I reported it and told management I was seeing rats in my items I told I was trying to go through everything because I continue seeing and finding rats dead and alive and rat droppings and that I didn’t feel I should have to pay if they would allow me to just get everything out since this was a problem they locked me out the unit and canceled the insurance so I couldn’t continue on my claim the management is awful they did nothing to try and fix or rectify the situation all my stuff was so infested a lot of my furniture was stained with rat poop I have to start over and a lot of the furniture was new they refused me back in the storage and sold off the remaining items knowing it was rat infested I am and was so upset with the whole situation a lot of our personnel family things gone DO NOT! RENT HERE! Now I have to re purchase so much and they didn’t want to pay for anything To try and make situation ok
