West Coast Self Storage in South Reno made my move and downsizing experience so much easier—especially since they even had the truck for rent! Their customer service is truly exceptional. The manager, James Willis, is incredibly polite, flexible, and genuinely committed to working with your needs and life circumstances. Everything is handled quickly, professionally, and with a level of care that makes the entire process completely stress-free. The facility itself is spotless, smells great, and always has carts available, which makes moving items so much more convenient. Payments through the app are simple, and the whole place is very well organized. I’ve rented storage many times before, but I’ve never experienced this level of high-quality service. This is a secure facility with easy access, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of storage. You won’t find better service anywhere else!

I have been renting a unit here for almost a year. I wanted to downsize my current unit to a smaller one. Sean was at the front desk a week ago when I came in to check out the smaller unit, he was very helpful showing the unit to me, and said it wouldn’t be a problem. So I went in this morning and promptly he did the paperwork and helped me downsize quickly and easily. A very impressive employee with a great attitude. Thanks Sean… it was so easy with your help! So this is a continuation of my last review. It has been 3 years since I began renting at this storage facility. I was finally able to move my things out.. yay! But I just want to say that today James helped me sign out. What a delightful young man, very professional and helpful. I want to add that this storage facility is always so clean and the property so well taken care of. The inside is climate controlled so my things weren’t beat up with heat or cold. I definitely recommend this facility, they take pride in it. Thank you for wonderful customer service, which these days is a bit rare.
