I applied for a storage unit online because of the special pricing they had and everything was very user friendly in terms of signing up. Price was very reasonable although the price doesn’t include the storage unit insurance that they say is mandatory. My unit was $52 a month with $15 a month for insurance that covers up to $3000 in losses. Size is 10ftx7.5ft. Upon confirmation of being granted a unit, an email with the gate code and unit number was received. I did receive a call from a gostoreit employee making sure that I completed the process to get the unit and was very helpful answering all of my questions. The unit did take some time to find because it was an air conditioned unit and I didn’t see a map of the units anywhere so I just had to walk around until I found it (only took me 5 minutes to find it). A map of the storage units posted at each building entrance would help prevent this. The unit was clean and the ceiling was higher than I thought which was nice. Overall a great storage unit experience.

Moving has been a great experience!!! Crystal been super nice and very accommodating. My storage unit is very clean. Its easy access to my unit. I would highly recommend Go Store It Self Storage!!! Crystal is the best.
