Cindy and Dan made the transition of moving into a new home a dream, knowing my items were secure until my home was ready. The unit size was just what I needed, the entire facility is always clean, and the customer service is unmatched. The monthly price was reasonable, along with the great offer I received upon move-in around a holiday. Even though I did not take advantage of their FREE moving truck, just knowing it was available to me was surely a bonus. I would return as a customer and highly recommend this location to others!

Great place to rent. I have been renting here for going into a 6th year. Out of all that time there was only 1 issue and it was handled quickly, politely and professionally. The manager Mike is a great guy, and the two on site people (Cindy and Daniel) are phenomenal. Just nice people. Their response time to assist customers are incredible. They value my business. I will need another plug in, and covered unit in the beginning of the new year, and this is where I will be renting, Hopefully there will be a space open for me to rent, and hopefully, Cindy, Daniel and Mike will still be at the helm at this location handling the customer, business end. An honorable mention, should the other location at Westgate be where you want to rent, speak with Lisa, she is amazing, friendly, and absolutely will help you.

I am using my unit for my realestate business. I have been locked out of my unit TWICE! I have my monthly payment automatically drafted. This last time it happened on a Friday. One of my agent drove from Durham to get a sign out of the unit only to find it locked out. I called and left messages and nothing. The next day I saw that they opened at 9:00. I thought for sure somebody would have called me right when they got in - nope - no call. So, I called and the guy said, “ oh, I don’t know how that happened, I will go unlock it.” No apology, no compensation offered, nothing. They don’t care. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I would not recommend this company, there are plenty of storage places all around this area. Do not use them.
