Our experience has been very good so far. The rental process was all online. The process was very smooth and easy. The location is good for us. The unit is easy to access, but the provided combination lock is so stiff we are unable to use it. The facility and storage unit was clean when we first arrived. I met Mike the maintenance/service person yesterday. He seems like a very nice guy. I feel confident that if I have any issues that they will be taken care of.

The storage facility is in good shape. Clean and tidy with no sign of damage. Unit itself was clean once we got into it. When making the reservation it read no lock so we purchased one to use. When we got to the unit there was a lock on it and we had to call support which is automated, twice before we were finally given the code to open the lock.
