Prime Storage

Absolutely the worst storage facility in Wilmington. I had a 13k dump trailer stolen from their unsecure facility. When asked for the video footage of the lot that has multiple cameras I and the sheriff's department were told the cameras have not work for several months and recorded nothing. Do not park or keep your stuff here they could care less about its security and are unwilling and unable to help you when it comes up missing. The location at 5400 Carolina beach road is not a great part of town so you would think they would keep the cameras working to help protect your possessions. Another ongoing constant problem is the "secure" gates are broken about half the time and left in the up position allowing anyone access to anything they want without any cameras to film them. Go across the street for your storage needs they have state of the art security and cameras that actually work. This place should take down the word's secure storage facility from their website and replace them with unsecure storage store your stuff at your own risk. Unfortunately I will have to settle this in court with Prime at this point for gross negligence. You have been warned.

Staff was very helpful and paperwork was quick and easy. Be sure to provide personal insurance info to save on additional fees. Definitely will use them again in the summer/fall season next year.
