At first it had been great. I take a load a week of items I don't use on a daily basis as I am in the process of buying a home just across the street and this was so convenient. Last week still no problem but I have tried 3 times in 2 days to get to my unit and the gate didn't work. Wasn't just me. The second time I tried, there were 2 other vehicles trying to access and the gate wouldn't work for them either. I have called and left messages 4 times and I haven't heard a peep! VERY DISSATISFIED!

The owner seems very nice ,and worked with me when I had bank problems, the units are taken care of , wish we had access later than 9 pm I work swing and it becomes a issue for me , besides the hrs I would have given 5 stars
