I will never again use this storage facility. The first time I used them they are GREAT, however I am not sure if they are under new ownership or new management or what but they are horrible. First they were supposed to give me a military discount when I first got my unit, that never happened. A few months later i downsized my unit, they said they would get my discount then, finally 6 months later I got it. Then My lock broke on my unit. I let them know about it, they said they would get it fixed. A month or so went by and it still wasn't fixed so I said something again, well they said they needed the key to my lock, so I gave them the extra one and waited. This time a few months went by (my work schedule was crazy and had alot going on). It still wasn't fixed. I said something again, they said they would have it done by the weekend. Well during that time, things were stolen from my unit and when I asked how having them replaced, CORPORATE told me it was not their fault, (even though they had known about the lock for MONTHS) and said I would have to file it on my renters insurance to get compensation for the items that were stolen. And when asked about the security footage from around the time the items were stolen, bc i said i didn't know the exact date and time that the items were stolen, they couldnt look to see if they could find how stole them.
