Great place and very helpful when trying to figure things out!

I don’t usually get excited about a storage facility, but Prime Storage in Knoxville deserves a standing ovation—or at least a very enthusiastic slow clap. The place is super clean, easy to navigate, and feels really secure — so no worrying about your stuff growing legs and walking off. But let’s talk about the real MVP: Cody, the manager. He’s friendly without being over-the-top, knowledgeable without making your head spin, and genuinely helpful in a way that feels rare these days. I walked in expecting a quick, boring errand and ended up having one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, which, let’s be honest, is rarer than perfect bracket during March Madness. Cody answered all my questions, anticipated things I didn’t even think to ask, and even managed to throw in some humor along the way—which is impressive considering we were, you know… talking about storage units. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured—just taken care of. If you’re in Knoxville and need storage, don’t even bother shopping around—this is the spot. And if you get the chance to work with Cody, congrats: you’ve just won the customer service lottery.

By far the best storage around Cody was very very helpful with all the questions I had gates stay closed very safe place would trust the company with anything i own when you come ASK FOR CODY!!!

Very helpful with all of my moving and storage needs with a tight schedule for everything. Good location and easy to access climate controlled units.
