I've used their storage at least 7 or 8 years. They are always very nice and professional, and they always want to help you anyway they can. Sometimes I've even talked at length with them just passing time. Definitely a great place to store anything you need to, even boats, campers and trailers. It has gated storage and a keypad to punch in a code to get into the gate. Security is great and cameras are everywhere, even at the gate. I've not had one bit of trouble in 7 or 8 years. It's the best storage in Lenoir City, I believe. ***(8/9/22 Update) Note: There has been an increase in basic storage from $75/month to $90/month. In all the years I've rented from them, they've never gone up on the rent. The old owner tried his best not to and wanted to keep it as low as he could. That being said, in 8 years or more they do need to increase to make ends meet after not raising the rent in such a long time. I still love this place and the people and still think it's the best storage rental in town.***
