They auctioned off my storage for $25 when they gave me 2 days to pay for it it had social security’s birth certificates and everything I’ve ever owned now me and my children have nothing no beds no clothes no shoes my kids can’t go to school anymore and now I have to buy everything brand new the storage also had thing from loved ones that had passed I do not recommend leaving your precious things in their hands they won’t even pay me back for everything I’ve lost my daughter has been wanting to hurt herself she saved up $500 for a vanity and bunches of makeup but now it’s gone…

They never answer the phone today is my last day to pay the storage and I have no way to get ahold of them they will sell my kids belongings and mine I had surgery so I was a little late on payment but never answering is unexceptional especially when their going to auction off everything immediately and my kids own

Unsafe sketchy place!!!! No one works on site and they will never contact you if anything happens to your things. DO NOT GO HERE.

The gate messed up alot for the last 2 weeks I haven't seen it closed once and one time I even got locked in there during normal operating hours the gate just wouldn't open.
