Rude manager! APPLIED online on a Friday. Over the weekend I got an offer on my boat I accepted. Called Tuesday to cancel. I paid my $100 prorated month upon applying. Manager refused to refund me as he says I signed an agreement and didn’t give him notice! I never signed an agreement (only an application) and never picked up my lock or key fob! No customer service. Both times I spoke to him I. The phone he acted like I was bothering him. Find somewhere you’re appreciated. Storage is expensive in general. At least find somewhere you feel welcome.

This place is amazing... very well lite at night cameras everywhere including at gate and on each row rfid key tag in and out only all concrete and has a rv dump station / washrack and alot of parking up front if needed
