I’ve called, left several messages and also texts. Never in my life seen someone avoid the phone like these people. I booked and paid for a spot online and they won’t even give me my access code to get in. Didn’t mind charging my card but will not answer the phone to give me a refund or let me in the freaken gate for the spot I paid for. Why have a business if you won’t answer the damn phone?

I'm not sure if I should rate this place. We absolutely appreciate the staff and everything else about it. (Another part of me doesn't want anyone else to know how good it is. 😆 ). By far, the best place we've found to leave the RV. We've been customers for several years and likely continue several more.
