We used Recnation in Fruitland Park , Florida. We were promised the storage lot would be locked at night and cameras monitoring the lot. No locks during the night or day. Broken fence and wide open. No cameras anywhere. Our trailer was vandalized and Recnation did nothing or didn’t even care. We gave our 2 month notice and they kept using our credit card to take payments. Talked to Kayla and others there concerning this nightmare. They are very rude and obnoxious. Recnation will lie to you in order to get your business. Run from this company as you can’t trust them. Now I have to sue them.

Really bad service. They were on top of it till they got the lease sold. But after that you couldn’t get any one on the call. The parking spot had a tree down and we called to move the spot, but they didn’t want to do it. Cancelled on the same day.
