Don't let the staff fool you here. They are liars and actively price gouge. I rented here comfortable for a bit at 110 a month but after about i think 6 months to a year. they decide they should charge me 170 bucks a month which I thought was an unacceptable amount. Its crazy for the rent to increase this much in such a small amount of time for a older building. And I sent them a letter saying as much in the mail and an email and told the front office. They didnt care until they saw me moving out. When I tried to say that I made every effort to tell them this they said oh well we dont remember that. Well that's on yall. They either are grossly incompetent or they are lying on purpose. There's no reason to rent from a place like this when so many other storage places won't treat you this way. Horrible one of the worst avoid at all costs.

Living in Church Hill, this has been the most convenient storage facility. I use it to store my pop-up market gear, and the fact that I can back into a covered spot right at the loading dock and pile everything onto a cart for one trip - it has been hands down the easiest loading and unloading experience out of all of the storage options I've tried. (I've also never run into a situation where every single space was taken, there has always been parking.) The space is clean, and above all else - the staff has been amazing. They are friendly, they know me by name, and they have always been able to help when I need it. The big orange carts go through phases of getting a little run down, but they do get them replaced/repaired. Would highly recommend!
