My storage unit was broken into at this facility, and the entire experience has been extremely upsetting and frustrating. The property has security cameras, yet management did not respond quickly to me or to law enforcement after the incident was reported. The main gate had reportedly been broken for about a month prior to the break-in, which raises serious concerns about how seriously security is taken here. Inside my unit, I found my original lock had been cut and removed, and a different lock had been placed on my unit without my authorization. That was alarming and unacceptable. I have reached out multiple times, and to this day, I am still waiting for a proper response. Chase and his family business have handled this situation in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner. Instead of accountability, I was met with blame. When you pay monthly storage fees, you expect basic security and responsible management. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend storing anything valuable here.

Don't rent from here. The new owners will increase rent (more than double). Plus, it is in the hood. A fence doesn't keep criminals out. The old owners cared, these are just out for thr money.

I've been trying to call for 2 days and visited multiple times with nobody answering or being at the office. Do not pay online!!

The owner was punctual and kind with replying and getting back with me even on a Sunday.. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and owner.. I recommend with full support!
