Showed up this morning to pick up my U-Haul and no one was there. Can’t get ahold of anyone. I’m on a tight schedule to move and this is not okay!!

I used to have no problems but since they have changed ownership the monthly rate increases every other month by $20 or more. It’s ridiculous. My rate has more than doubled in the few years I’ve stored my things. I am definitely looking to move my things because of the unpredictably of the rate increases. I do not recommend storing your things here.

I’ve been with them for 3 years and they keep increasing the prices, I loved the old company they were really nice and reasonable but the prices are ridiculous now I think I will consider another company.
