The property manager is genuine, and is responsive to phone calls and requests. The location is convenient.

I would not recommend this place to anyone to get a storage unit here they never answer the phone they put a red lock on my unit without notifying me days 3 days before my payment is even due . On top of that we are under severe weather alert and and the weather is supposed to drop below freezing and I’m unable to access my emergency kit as well as put the rest of my belongings on here before leaving town I knocked on the door in hopes of getting a resolution before the storm comes and all they tell me is to come back tomorrow which means I miss my flight as well as have to pay for a hotel to put my belongings in this is such an inconvenience and waste of time and money why tell me to come back tomorrow when everything is supposed to closes and shut down tomorrow due to the weather when your sitting in the office and can unlock it now ! I checked out my hotel earlier as I prepared to depart now I have to check back in and miss my flight which means I loose out on money both ways I hate I ever picked this place in the first place here’s an honest review . Pick else where but please keep driving past this one cause they don’t give not one care about their customers !!! They had time to put a lock on my storage but didn’t clean the bugs that have been sitting in the same spot over a week
