This has been a great company to work with for the past 4 years we needed storage for our camper. Thank you to Melissa for being professional, friendly, and prompt to respond. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed and resolved and we've had a safe lot to store our camper when not in use. I definitely recommend them if you need storage.

Excellent locations in the East valley and great customer service. Melissa worked with us to store our motorhome near our house. We really appreciate the clean and secure lots we used on both Power and Elliot roads. We would recommend to anyone needing close storage to Gilbert. Thanks again.

Absolute crooks.... this will the the type of people you deal with if you decide to take them on and do business. My experience on day 1 Mellissa's husband freaks out on me being a total a-hole without asking questions or introducing himself when my RV was in their lot (their other business) I made agreement with her just the day prior (so they don't communicate) at the end of the service (10 months) they decide to still charge my card on file for service not provided or service used. I was charged a month for nothing. Funny how every month I got a receipt emailed saying the month was billed but the last month where I never received any service there was no bill emailed. They snuck an extra payment from me then ignored my text and emails- finally after threatening a dispute they reply saying "I never got that text/email- I screen shot and shared both- for them to reply and make up a story about how they have camera footage "30 items" left outside. And this is why I was charged - I SAID THATS A LIE AND TO SHOW ME this multiple times of the "footage/pics) they have dodged showing me, (because they made up that they have cameras) THEY LIED - they have then changed their story as to why they won't going to refund me to you were living in there after I explained I'm doing repairs nights and weekends - yes in the Arizona summer of 120 with no power I was living there SURE OK- no they are crooks and will make up whatever they feel to get and extra buck out of you. You been warned - good luck
