The facility is not well kept, the new AI bot is annoying. Customer service is horrible. I’m glad I’m gone. There is an enormous amount of text and emails and other annoying aspects.

I have been renting space at RecNation for years. Their communication is top notch! The facility is perfect! Gated, wash facilities, dump stations AND covered spots. The app is super easy to use 24/7! Highly recommend!

We kept our boat at Rec Nation once before. We loved the security, access to electricity, cleaning station and wide, covered parking to keep our boat safe from weather. We went to another boat storage a bit closer to home and our boat was having issues from the weather from dirt and rain. We realized we needed to get back to RecNation to preserve our investment. Customer service is outstanding and they got us a perfect spot the same day! We moved right in and have breathed a sigh of relief ever since. Definitely staying with RecNation!
