US60 Self & RV Storage

I used to recommend US60 Self Storage, but unfortunately I can’t anymore. I’ve been a longtime customer and have seen several managers come and go, but Sheila was by far the best they ever had. She kept the property clean, organized, and secure, and she treated customers with professionalism and respect. If there was ever an issue, she handled it quickly and properly. You could tell she genuinely cared about the property and the people renting there. Since she’s been gone, the difference is very noticeable. The facility no longer seems to be maintained the way it used to be, and areas that were once clean and well kept now look neglected. The overall level of professionalism just isn’t the same. I’ve spoken with several other customers who have noticed the same thing since Sheila left. When she was managing the property, it felt well run and trustworthy. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case, and I can’t confidently recommend this storage facility anymore. 5stars All around . First let me say, This is the cleanest storage facility I have seen . Climate controlled, modern and excellent customer service . The manager Sheila is the best she is so sweet and patient, takes the time to really listen and does all she can to make sure we were getting what we needed at a fair price . I like that the bathroom is always clean and smells fresh the place is well maintained . Access hours are good too 5-11 . I recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe nice clean place to store their things . You won't be disappointed !!

5 stars for cleanliness, location, and accessibility - especially regarding “special” 24 hour access for those of us with businesses who need it. I am forced to remove stars though over the recent change where only one shopping cart is available after 6pm and no access to the larger flat bed carts after that time. Also - with large flat bed carts now being kept in the front office only - how is this going to work for people when there is no one in the office? This is a poorly thought out change and extremely inconvenient. I now will have to buy my own to load in and out from this facility - please reconsider this change. Thanks.

Just wanted to share how helpful the management was when getting a new unit. I was going to have to purchase a second unit since a bigger one wasn’t available. Right place at the right time, management helped me to secure a bigger unit right away! Thanks!
