While is convenient for storage due to drive up doors and wide lots for truck/trailer or RVs, the rent is astronomical! You know how a rocket keeps going up, well the rent goes up every few months too. Excuses about rising costs and improvements... Nothing has been improved above when I started renting many years ago. As a matter of fact amenities have disappeared - like "individually alarmed units" 24 hour security cameras just finally got installed after years of inop - constant something claiming to be repairs but taking months and really never getting completed - gate or gates being broken for weeks - absolutely no maintenance to the roll up doors (seals leaking and rollers maintenance) - disgusting bathrooms usually with not even soap - they even took away access to the trash dumpsters so now there is no way to even throw away an empty box or water bottle -the list could go on! I've been kind of stuck here due to the cost/time of moving to another facility but now with the most recent price increase already in the first month of this year I'm going to have to move out soon as the value is not there anymore. There is only 1 part time employee and the property was purchased from the bank when the builder went bankrupt so they can't blame it on rising labor costs or increased commercial rent since they own the building themselves.
