RightSpace Self Storage

1 star – You get what you pay for (and not in a good way). RightSpace Storage admitted to having broken security cameras and a broken front gate, yet continued operating and taking customers’ money as if the facility was secure. My enclosed trailer was broken into and over $1,000 worth of property was stolen or damaged. When I reported it, management couldn’t even tell me when the break-in occurred because their cameras weren’t working. So much for “security.” Their solution? A “generous” offer to credit me two months of rent — a fraction of the loss — while taking zero responsibility for knowingly operating with failed security systems. If you’re storing anything of value and expecting basic protection like functioning gates and cameras, look elsewhere. This place is the definition of false security and zero accountability.

Easy access and had good service good response from the office

I was only there for 2 weeks my unit got broken into along with other people's units and this place is trashed they lighted and never told anybody about their security system being updated and still waiting to hear back on my claim. I would recommend going elsewhere then the right space self storage.

Great prices, cold indoor storage and plenty of space, even if you have a boat

Site is no longer staffed by company, gate remains wide open, homeless roaming the trash-strewn property both outside and inside the units. Unit was broken into for 2nd time in a month and as there is no staff onsite, unable to view loss/damages until next week. All on top of notification that rates had been increased again just last week. Would have moved out today had I been able to access unit.
