RecNation RV & Boat Storage

Very disappointed. Storing our RV with RecNation for 6 months and get notice they are converting our facility to an all covered facility and we will have to upgrade to stay there. This facility was perfect, both location and price, for us until this. When I first signed up at this facility I was not told of the plan to convert to an all covered facility. I find it impossible to believe this plan was not known 6 months ago and should have been made aware to new customers. Update: As requested, I called in to RecNation and was told someone would call me back. No one has called as of yet. Update: Apparently plans have changed or we were miss informed. Only a part of the facility is being converted to covered spaces. Thanks to Christi L. we are back at this facility. Update: Even with construction going on, still a great place to store your RV.

Worst experience I've ever had. If you want to store anything don't do it here. I got a storage space to park my trailer and the one they gave me was way too small for me to get my trailer in there. I called to get a bigger space and they wanted to double my price. When I told them that the lot I had was unusable they said I had to give him a 30-day notice to get out of there. In other words I was not getting my money back even though I'm not able to use the facility at all for even a day. Half the time I was talking to someone with broken English that has really bad reception. If you want to save yourself some time, money and aggravation, go somewhere else. Update to RecNations response; Of course they state they are trying make this right. They have not even attempted to contact me in any way. I have spent a lot of time calling customer service hoping they will make this right. This whole company and their customer service is a joke.

They gave us a unit number that doesn't exist. When call for help you have to talk to AI.

Rec Nation boat and RV storage in Fort Myers has been a blessing to my business. Nice gated, controlled environment with lights and cameras. Great pricing, as well as spray off facility with RV water and dump utilities.

Clean, safe and has everything an RV storage needs.
