I’ve been parked at this place for over four years and finally they have good staff !

Been storing my 35' RV here for 5 years, never really any issues. During their remodel, they moved my unit several times to accommodate the renovations they had going on. They proceeded to move my unit themselves into a random spot. Now that renovations are complete, I am now being charged for a 45 ft spot which of course was more money. I informed them that I had been paying for a 35 ft spot for 5 years and that they had moved my unit to accommodate themselves during renovations. I proceeded to ask what we could do to try to work something out, and they told me they did not have any 35ft spots available and my only options was to leave. So unfortunately that is what I was forced to do.

We spend 6 moths in Jacksonville, FL and 6 months on our property in MI. When we come back from MI, Zack, the manager is very friendly and accomodating and always finds us a space. The sites are extremely secure and safe.
