I love this Mill Creek facility! It's climate Controlled. It uses electronic latches so I don't need a key! It's clean and easy to access! I feel safe when im there. I love the management because Leigh is on top of things!

Best storage unit I've ever had! Your phone works in the building. No lock needed, you unlock it with your phone and the gates and doors. Very high tech. Bug free environment. There were no extra fees or required insurance, and the prices were great! They don't raise them on you either. Best of all the manager who runs all of the facilities is extremely helpful and informative. She's nice to talk to, I even had a few laughs with her. She goes above and beyond! I've never had better customer service and I've tried out all the major chains in Jacksonville. This one is unbeatable! She met all my needs and checked off all the things on my list. I left another storage unit to come here. You won't regret it.
