Employees are friendly. I mentioned some broken branches hanging above my trailer and the next week when I returned the branches were removed.

Communication between the owner and staff needs major improvement, I was transporting a boat and due to the lack of communication, not only was I delayed but the fact that the staff was not told that the owner was paid up on storage cost, the woman on duty would not release the boat to us and said that the boat owner needed to pay his fees, this caused embarrassment to my customer for he had to call the storage owner ti have it straightend out. Due to lack of communication.

My son had an accident in front of this place. The people working there were very kind, gave ice and called police However the owner came out said she saw accident was his fault (not her place) and wouldn't let us keep the car there to take one of the kids to hospital.

A hidden Gem of a storage place. Had new boat stored here until I found a house. The staff makes all the difference. Family Owned.
