I have rented off of this property 2 times and never again! Very sneaky ways of changing you amount of rent due each month when they can just decide your rent is going up $50.00 a month. I want to pay for 7 full months and yet after 3 months I get a late fee saying I was in a bigger unit than what I paid for and now I have a $170.00 late fee. I’m 1,5000 miles away and can do nothing but just pay it and go on. I will never use them and again and have posted signs in our RV park to stay away because of crooked business practices….
