This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. My online reservation went smoothlly, but someone messaged during thebprocess to ensure everything was going okay. . I entered my gate code incorrectly when I arrived at the location. Someone immediately helped me with that. The onsite asdociate met me at my unit with the key to the lock. She addressed me by name which made me feel.appreciated as a customer. If I ever need storage again this would be the location I choose. Thank you all

After talking to several storage facilities I finally found a good one. Not just the property, but more the manager. Jess was awesome and gave me a great confidence that my belongings will not only be safe but the experience will be easy and pain free. As long as the rate doesn’t go up I’ll be there a long time.
