I am extremely stressed by the number of roaches I keep finding at this storage facility. It’s upsetting to have to throw away so many of my belongings, especially when you rent a storage unit to protect your stuff. Saving what I can.

Mediocre I guess. Avoid Autopay - they raise your rate significantly by the 2nd-3rd month you rent there to the maximum legally allowable amount. After that they'll raise your rate consistently every quarter. Only 1 elevator ever works in the facility while one is always broken down. Depending on where your unit is you'll need to navigate through a maze to get to it and use the elevator to shuffle your stuff in and out of the unit. The elevators are undersized, turning each corner is like squeezing through pin hole. Will be moving out in March - just not worth it.
