Storage Sense - Augusta - Wheeler Rd

I am throughly satisfied with the customer service and the safety of my truck and boat. In Late August, I contacted Storage Sense at the last minute. They took very good care of me. They took care of me the entire time. The moving out was just as seemless as the moving in. My truck and boat sat parked for 7 complete months. I moved them out today. Tracy and Kristen took exceptional care of my move out. Everything was still on my boat and my truck wasn’t damaged. Thank you Storage Sense. If I need you again, I will not hesitate to return.

Rhett is incredible!!! He really pays attention to the facility, and cares for your tenants. He noticed that I had 2 units, was paying a ton of money each month that was becoming unaffordable by the way, because of constant price hikes, and he told me about a single unit that would meet my storage needs, and cost me less. It was hard work, but I moved. Now all of my things are in one unit, I'm saving money, and get to remain with your wonderful company instead of leaving as I was planning to do. I didn't mention leaving, yet he volunteered the option to me. THAT IS CARE AND SERVICE that is lacking in so many retail venues now a days!!! I'll be loyal, and continue to trust you with the part of my life I can't have with me currently. Much thanks! Keep Rhett! He's a true asset to Storage Sense!!!

The experience was great! The representative was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I left feeling confident and well taken care of.

Staff was fantastic with every aspect of leasing process. Highly recommend and way cheaper than other storage places in the area!!!!
