Cloud Springs Storage

I've had two units here for many years. I recently downsized and have just one. I've always been pleased with the units, how they are maintained and the how the grounds are maintained. I've been there when the lawn crew has been there and I've seen them spray for the weeds and clean up small pieces of trash that may have been left behind. I've also seen them spray for pests. This company takes pride in this facility, and you can tell. And it is most appreciated. I used to buy and resell storage units with my sisters and have been to many different facilities. Public is the absolute worst. I've purchased units from public many times and at different locations and every single one of them are the exact same. The units are not well insulated and dirt, debris, leaves, and even water were always in those units. Here at cloud springs, I have never once had an issue with leaks, or excess dirt, or debris ending up in either of my units. And also, it's by a creek and still I have never had an issue with water or moisture or even pests which is a big plus for me! My personal items are always dry and clean. I would never use another place unless it was climate controlled.

I like it the people that runs it is really nice.

So far so good, gated is a big plus and they are cheaper than most others I contacted.
