I had a terrible experience with Champion Storage. Our property was broken into, and despite the owner promising to reimburse us for the damages, he did not keep his word. The lack of security and the owner's failure to follow through on his promise have left us extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend using this storage facility.

Avoid this place at all costs. We had items stolen and broken here. The owner said he never had any issues and would reimburse us and then ghosted us. Terrible experience. We had to file a police report and the cops said that it was not a good area and it was common at that location.

Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating, facility is well kept and secure, and location is convenient to Louisville. Everything I needed while I was working in Louisville for several months. I would definitely use Champion again and highly recommend them to anyone looking.
