TLDR: You can't go wrong with Caledonia Storage! Feel safe renting storage from them. The Details: We needed a storage unit quickly. The place I had used previously was bought out by a super-huge mega-corporation. They now have tons of reviews and BBB complaints that they raise prices within 2 weeks of renting, and before you know it, you are paying double! So be very careful who you rent storage from... So I started looking at other facilities. In our area you are likely looking at Caledonia Storage and the one in Middleville. Here's why we choose Caledonia Storage. First, the prices are basically the same for the unit we rented. Do you're own research and don't believe that other review. *Edit: They changed their review, now that's small-town integrity! Second, if you need storage in this area, you are likely from a small town and want that small-town-feel. Caledonia Storage has this. Just look at their website! Third, I emailed them and got in contact with Mattie. She was extremely responsive and very friendly. We had a storage unit secured within a couple of hours. It's also very easy to do on your own via their website. Fourth, the rental price is secured for a year, and increases are very minor when they occur. No doubling your price within a few months! The peace of mind is amazing! Fifth, it is slightly more convenient location-wise, but this was the least of our concerns. If you've made it this far, thank you for attending my TED talk, lol!

Pricing is high compared to Forward Storage in Middleville. **I am the “other review” mentioned by reviewer Blake R., and to be honest I haven’t rented from Caledonia Storage, so leaving them a lower review simply for pricing is kind of a low blow. As Blake R. says, do your own research.** Raising review to 5 stars based on the research I have done online regarding Caledonia Storage.
