Store there multiple times. Workable staff, shitty computer algorythms! Therefore stressful. Over all clean and we'll maintained though pissed off clients trash the place! Being nice plays BOTH ways. THIS is one of the nice ones.

Kent County Self Storage does not take any responsibility for securing your items. My renter insurance would not insure. You need insurance!!! My Unit was emptied out of all belongings. Judge ruled storage owner has no responsibility for none working cameras or cutting off my lock to replace door. Be Aware!!!!
