Prestige Storage – Kent City

The storage place is so much better than any other time I have needed to rent a storage unit. Very secure, clean, easily accessible and very safe. The location is super convenient and I love that you have to use a code to get through the gate. They keep a careful eye on things, and they even noticed when I didn’t lock it properly. They messaged me right away and told me that it did not look like I put the lock on the right way. And sure enough, they were right. It’s on surveillance 24/7, and that’s very reassuring to me.

I rented here last year for my car. It was very clean. Qianna was very helpful as always. She is a very good working and have the best smile .

Infested with bugs and they claim they can do nothing about it. I had hundreds of them all over and inside my boxes.

The gate is open all the time except, of course, one Sunday when I went during business hours and the gate wouldn’t open. They informed me of an over 66% rate increase via email only with EXACTLY 30 days notice. They sent me a goodbye text and a text to do this review, but couldn’t send me a text about a huge rate increase?! I don’t begrudge them raising the price as they went to the same amount as everyone else, it’s how they went about it. The access hours are very limited and the only reason why I went there was specifically because of the price. Now that their price is the same as everyone around me I moved to 24-hour access where the gate is always closed. Much more convenient and feels more secure. I wouldn’t recommend this place just based on the limited access and the seemingly disregard for security.
