Good prices, decent setup. One thing to note, if you register online it does NOT finalize your space... You still have to call. I don't like talking to people, so would rather see them finalize everything via the online system. Otherwise, no complaints.

These guys have been marvelous over the years. The place is very well taken care of and there are cameras everywhere. They're very attentive and involved with the protection of your stuff. Always been very responsive when trying to get in contact.

I spoke to Matt when I made the reservation, I was very clear and we discussed that I needed a place to store my RV for a little less than 30 days. Matt acknowledged that and quoted the fee for the month. I told him I would be picking up my RV before 30 days and he told me to call him when I was picking it up. I attempted to reach him six times over the last five days leaving messages and sending emails with representatives of their answering service. The agents for the answering service assured me they were making every attempt to reach Matt. It has been five full days now, Big River billed me for a second month even though my RV is not there. I have received no response despite all of my attempts so I have no other option than to let others know about the hassle this has been to simply carry out a business agreement.

I’ve kept my camper here for the past year and it has been a great place for it! I love having it so close to home and matt is so nice!
