The place is clean and secure. However, it would have been nice to have had more explicit information before using the unit for the first time, e.g., whether there are carts or dollies provided to move boxes into your unit, the fact that you can drive your car into the building to unload (which I had to learn from another renter), the fact that the unit is secured with a zip tie which must be cut to enter and then get your lock inside your unit, etc.
